Olof-Foam is thrilled to have been appointed to custom-design the Pelican Case Box Packaging Insert using a Black Closed Cell Foam Insert for Two-Way Field Radios, for Groot Tickets.

The foam packaging insert underwent a versatile fabrication process to ensure excellent shock absorption, anti-vibration, and insulation characteristics. Furthermore, it’s resilient, compressible, light in weight, as well as chemical and UV resistant.

The foam freighting insert is ideal for holding, protecting, and transporting sensitive equipment.

Cross-Linked Closed Cell Expanded Polyethylene (PE Foam) was used to make the Pelican Case Foam Insert. It underwent CNC Water Jet Cutting and Lamination processes and tool around 1 working week to complete.
